Join us for a snowy BBQ at Sapporo Park Hotel, home of the JAPAN BBQ COLLEGE’s Sapporo campus.
Led by Mr. Sakaki, a BBQ Professor (BBQ Master), the JAPAN BBQ COLLEGE offers various BBQ-related activities.
At this event, you’ll savor a BBQ course with fresh ingredients from Hokkaido and Sapporo City in a tent built on the snow.
The event is conveniently located in the heart of Sapporo. You’ll have an interpreter with you, so you won’t have any communication issues.
Come and experience the food culture of Hokkaido through BBQ.
As an option, you can also choose to have some fun with snowshoeing in Nakajima Park, a popular spot for Sapporo residents.
